FAQ's
Is this workshop right for me if I've already done a lot of therapy?
Yes, especially then. This work goes below cognitive understanding into nervous system recognition. Many attendees have done extensive therapy and still felt something was missing.
What if I can't attend live?
Not a problem at all. Register anyway. I'll send out the replay afterward, so you won't miss a thing.
Will I be asked to share personally?
No. This is a space with no forced sharing and no workshopping in front of the group. Just you, your body's wisdom, and what it's been trying to tell you.
Will this bring up intense emotions?
Possibly, and that's welcomed. I create a container that's paced and grounded.
Feeling emotions is part of the healing journey.
Is this therapy or a replacement for therapy?
No. This is coaching and nervous system education, not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.
What do I get to keep afterward?
